This upcoming event will feature Tom Hayes and Carlo Palombo in conversation, sharing their experiences of one of the most significant miscarriages of justice in recent financial history. The matter speaks directly to the kind of power imbalances that are a root cause of what’s wrong with the system – imbalances that enabled a deeply flawed process to unfold and silenced the truth for far too long.
