Asha Singh is a recognised specialist (to ExCom level) in collective leadership and development and cultural transformation. Through consultancy, facilitation and coaching, she helps senior leaders and their teams respond more effectively to complex, emerging conditions. With a unique approach to learning that includes inputs from sources as varied as complexity, systems and design thinking to depth psychology and creative process, she enables her clients to generate their own relevant, innovative solutions for their organisational and commercial challenges.

Asha has established a varied portfolio of private and public sector clients in Europe and Asia: multinationals, SMEs and family-owned businesses in aerospace, automotive, aviation, broadcasting, communications, FMCG, financial services, horticulture, oil and gas, property management and telecommunications; the air force academy, health and higher education.

Her work today focuses on expanding sense-making, holding real dialogue, harnessing collective intelligence, creativity and wisdom. Her clients learn to develop highly collaborative, trustworthy teams who make a clear contribution to value and adapt quickly to rapid-moving disruption. She is currently helping organisations get “back to work” and develop an effective hybrid organisational and operational model.

Asha is also a sculptor and performer who loves nature, yoga and meditation, good food, wine and company. She lives between Milan, Italy and Oxfordshire, UK.
