Consent: For newsletters and marketing emails.
Legitimate Interests: Administering events, volunteer coordination, service improvement.
Contractual: When processing is needed to deliver a paid service/event.
Legal obligations: Compliance with laws or responding to official requests

Send updates, bulletins, newsletters, and marketing relevant to TTF’s work
Organise and manage events, including participant administration.
Fulfil volunteer or ambassador arrangements.

We rarely process sensitive data. When we do (e.g. dietary needs, diversity monitoring), we rely on your explicit consent or another lawful basis. This data is always treated with enhanced security.
