As the screenshot of this Tweet by the APPG on Fair Business Banking shows, it has won the right to proceed with its Judicial Review of the FCA’s response to the Swift Review. 

TTF is holding this informal event to provide an opportunity for those that attended the hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice to reflect on the day’s proceedings and share their thoughts on what they believe could and should happen next.

Note this is a TTF event, not an event by the APPG on Fair Business Banking and it has no formal standing whatsoever.
